“A school where every child can grow in their own way.”
About TALENT Schools
Respectful learning · Individual approach · Discovering talents.
Every child is unique. We create a learning environment where children can discover their strengths, develop independence, and grow with confidence.
Different Ways of Learning
TALENT Schools offer several educational pathways to meet the needs of different families:
School Education
A daily learning environment based on individual approach, project learning, cooperation, and personal development.
Community Education
A smaller learning community where children, families, and teachers create a supportive environment built on shared values.
Home Education Support
Guidance and support for families choosing individual education, including consultations, learning plans, and assessment.
Our Vision
We believe that education should help children understand who they are, discover what they can do, and find their place in the world.
Learning at TALENT Schools where every child can discover their potential.
Our Educational Approach
At TALENT Schools, we combine different educational approaches that support children’s independence, curiosity, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Montessori Education
Montessori principles form the foundation of our approach, especially in the first learning cycle. Children learn through exploration, meaningful activities, and respect for their individual pace.
Discovering Strengths
We help children recognize their unique abilities and talents and learn how to use them in everyday life. We build on the “Unlocking Children’s Potential” approach focused on strengths-based development.
Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment
We develop children’s thinking skills and metacognition – helping them understand how they learn, think, and solve problems.
Coaching Approach
We use coaching principles to help children set goals, find solutions, and take responsibility for their own learning journey.
Learning Through Experience
Students learn by exploring, creating, discussing, and solving real-life challenges. Projects, teamwork, and practical activities connect knowledge with the world around them.
Project-Based Learning Through Three-Year Thematic Cycles
At TALENT Schools, subjects are connected through long-term thematic projects. Students explore complex topics, make connections between different fields, and develop critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork.
Our education follows a three-year learning cycle:
